Palak Paneer Recipe
Palak paneer ,is an Indian dish consisting of spinach and paneer (cottage cheese) in a thick curry sauce based on pureed spinach. It is a popular vegetarian dish.I am not a big palak fan but palak with paneer is my favourite. This is a simple recipe and is ready in 30 minutes.
This North Indian dish is rich in protein, iron and has a unbeatable flavor when eaten with fresh naan or roti. It looks so tempting with its creamy spinach green contrasting with pure white paneer.

Ghadichi Chapati
Chapati is s soft India flatbread made from wheat dough. Today I am sharing my mom’s special Ghadichi Chapati which is a different type of chapati made by following a slightly different technique than the regular chapati. Ghadi’ means ‘fold’, and so ‘ghadichi chapati’ means folded roti or Chapati.
