Fancy egg muffin cups made from egg, cheese and milk are perfect appetizers and is a great breakfast recipe. This is nothing but a healthier and cute looking muffin sized omelette. I saw this recipe on Buzzfeed and could not stop myself from trying it.
Also I was excited to try this recipe as I wanted to use my new egg whisker.

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped coriander
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped spring onion
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/3 cup milk
4 chopped chillies
1 tbsp pepper powder
Butter for greasing
salt as per taste
Method
In a bowl whisk eggs
Add all the other ingredients and mix well
Grease the muffin pan. Add the mixture. Top it up with cheese
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
Serve it hot
