Paneer Hariyali Frankie Recipe
Paneer Frankie in spicy green chillies and garlic yoghurt sauce. Frankies are best dinner recipes when you are bored of eating chapatti sabzi in traditional way. They make simple roti sabzi interesting 🙂
To make paste
1 cup coriander leaves
5 garlic pods
6 green chillies
1 inch ginger
1 cup yoghurt
1 tbsp garam masala
½ onion sliced
Salt as per taste
In a pan heat oil
Add the ingredients mentioned under paste.
Sautee till onions turn translucent
Make a paste.
Heat a pan and transfer the paste
Boil it for 10 minutes
On other side, In a pan heat oil, add chopped paneer pieces and roast lightly.
Assembling the Frankie
In a foil, place the cooked roti.
Spread the green sauce.
Add paneer pieces in the center
Add some green sauce on them.
Add onions, cheese and coriander leaves.
Wrap the Frankie and have it hot 🙂
