Mango Ice cream Recipe
Mango Ice cream made from just 3 ingredients and that too without ice-cream maker. This creamy and fruity ice cream is a perfect homemade dessert.
Summer is approaching and I saw amazing mangoes for sale in stores. Could not resist myself from buying them. Being from India, I always miss eating Alphonso (Haapus) mangoes especially during summer. The mangoes which you find in US are not good as haapus but the ice-cream made from them really tastes good.
You can serve this mango ice cream with chocolate fudge on top or can garnish with some more mango chunks
I had made coffee ice-cream some days back and was a big hit. I followed the same recipe for this mango ice cream recipe and just replaced coffee with mango pulp. Apart from ice cream you can also make my Aamras during this season.
