Dahi Murgh Recipe
Chicken made in a simple and spicy yoghurt sauce. This is a best chicken gravy without onions and tomatoes.
Ingredients
2 lb chicken
1 bunch of coriander leaves
10 green chillies
5 garlic cloves
2 inch ginger
1 cup yoghurt
1 bay leaf
1 anise seed
4 cloves
4 peppercorns
4 cardamoms
1 big dalchini
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp haldi
Salt as per taste

Method
Make a paste of ginger garlic and keep it aside.
Make a paste of coriander leaves and green chillies. Mix it in the yoghurt.
Heat oil in a pan. Add bay leaf, anise seed, cardamom, dalchini, cloves and pepper.
Add chicken pieces , haldi and ginger garlic paste. Cook for 15 mins.
Add the yoghurt sauce, coriander powder, kasuri methi, red chilli powder and salt. Cover it and cook for 20 mins.
Tastes great with rotis and rice
