Kurmura Chiwda Recipe- Diwali Delicacy
Kurmura Chiwda is a spicy puffed rice made during Diwali in Indian Households. Kurmura means puffed rice in Marathi language. The basic Diwali snacks consist of Chakali, Karanji, Ladoo and Chiwda. I already made Chakali and Karanji
The best part about this Chiwda is prepared in an hour and remains crunchy and crispy for many days provided you store it in an air tight container.
Every year I make different varieties of Chiwda. I had made Corn Chiwda, Poha Chiwda and Bhadang in the past. This time it was Kurmura Chiwda’s turn.
