Kurmura Chiwda Recipe- Diwali Delicacy

Kurmura Chiwda is a spicy puffed rice made during Diwali in Indian Households. Kurmura means puffed rice in Marathi language. The basic Diwali snacks consist of Chakali, Karanji, Ladoo and Chiwda. I already made Chakali and Karanji :)

The best part about this Chiwda is prepared in an hour and remains crunchy and crispy for many days provided you store it in an air tight container.
