Khoya Modak Recipe & Ganpati Celebrations 2017
Made these easy Khoya Modaks for Ganpati this year and they were super hit. They are made only with three ingredients which are khoya, sugar and ghee. Also sharing some pics from this year’s Ganpati celebrations. We were fortunate to get multiple invites from so many friends who hosted Ganpati Bappa at their place every year.

Crush the khoya with hands.
In a pan add khoya and sugar. Keep the heat on medium flame.
