I am an ardent fan of eating Indian Cuisine Thalis..It can be Punjabi Thali, Rajasthani Thali, Gujarati Thali, Maharashtrian Thali, Malvani Thali, Goan Thali, South Indian Thali and so onnn. The list is never ending. Every now and then I also attempt to make these Thalis at home. Cooking a thali =cooking a storm as it includes varieties of appetisers, entrees and desserts. But it has its own charm. Best part is the presentation and the serving plates and bowls. I have a great collection of antique plates, bowls and utensils..Thanks to my dad.
