Delicious Mango Pista Pedha made from ricotta cheese, mango pulp and condensed milk.
1 cup ricotta cheese
½ cup condensed milk
1 cup mango pulp
½ cup chopped pista
Chopped pista for garnishing
Mix all the ingredients together except pista for garnishing and cook till the mixture comes together.
Keep on stirring continuously.
Once the mixture is thick enough make pedhas out of them. Refrigerate them.
