Instant Chocolate Cookies made from just 4 ingredients and baked within 30 minutes. These came out to be just perfect and melt in the mouth. Best part is all ingredients for this recipe are easily available in our pantry. Also, generally cookie dough requires chilling in refrigerator for an hour or so but this recipe is unique. Hence it is called Instant Chocolate Cookie.

These can be a perfect snack for toddlers and also as a gift on special occasions like Christmas.

Below recipe makes around 12 chocolate cookies

Ingredients

6 tbsp ghee
8 tbsp sugar
10 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder

Method

Beat ghee with sugar.
Add flour and cocoa powder to it.
Mix with hand and make small round shape cookies.
Grease the baking tray and place the cookies in it at equidistant.
Bake at 165 C for 18 minutes in a preheated oven.
Remove from oven and cool them. Store in an air tight container.
