Hirva Chicken and Chicken Rassa Recipe

Hirva literally means green in Marathi language so this hirva chicken recipe calls for green ingredients like coriander leaves, green chillies accompanied with some ginger and garlic.

It is topped with some dessicated coconut which adds great taste.

Another recipe is of Chicken rassa which is like a quick chicken rassa in Maharashrian style by grinding all ingredients, sauteeing the masala and pressure cooking the chicken.

Both the recipes are pretty quick to make and can be great dinner fixes for non veg lovers like me 🙂 These are my MIL’s recipes
