Ingredients
Butter & Chocolate
- 200g dark chocolate
- 50g butter
Dry Ingredients
- 50 g all-purpose flour
- 100 g almond flour
- 20 g cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
Curd & Sugar
- 150 g thick curd
- 80 g sugar
Add-ins
- 100 g chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C for 15 minutes.
- Melt butter and dark chocolate together (double boiler or microwave).
- Whisk curd and sugar until sugar dissolves.
- Mix the curd-sugar mixture into the melted chocolate-butter mixture.
- Dry Mix Sieve flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder & salt.
- Add dry mix to wet ingredients. Combine gently — don’t overmix!
- Stir in chopped walnuts. Pour into a lined baking tray.
- Bake 160°C for 25 minutes.
- Let cool completely at room temperature.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before slicing for clean, fudgy squares.
