Simple green peas soup which is healthy as well as quick to make. The dash of cream gives it a rich flavor. I made Chicken Biryani yesterday for dinner and wanted a light appetizer before the main course. This soup fitted the bill very well.
I remember as kids when mom said that she is making soup for dinner I used to make a sad face. Soup used to be always a no no for me. I thought soups were so bland and boring. But now i love all kinds of soups. Tomato, pumpkin, chicken, hot and sour etc are some of my favorite soups.
This post is also special as all the pics all clicked with my new Sigma 50 mm f 1.4 Art Series which was just delivered yesterday night. I am in love with the lens as it is super sharp and creates great bokehs! I always wanted to buy a good 50mm lens and I am super happy with this one so far.
