So in order to keep my taste buds happy I made Green clams which were so amazingly spicy and delicious. Thus I decided to share this easy recipe.
For Green Chilli Paste
Wash the clams well.
Marinate them with lemon juice, turmeric powder and salt for 2 hrs.
In a large, deep skillet, heat the oil. Add the green masala and cook over moderately high heat, stirring frequently.
Lastly add clams and salt as per taste. Cook them for 15-20 mins. Sprinkle chat masala and serve hot as an appetizer.
P.S: When I bought the clams they were looking so fresh and pretty that I didn’t forget to get few clicks of them . But no matter how gorgeous they were I had to eat them 😛
