This is the best soup if you had a heavy meal in the afternoon and feel like eating something light but delicious in the evening. It takes hardly 20 minutes to prepare it and you can have it with steam rice.

Ingredients
1lb chicken( preferably thigh meat)
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
4-5 green chillies
5 garlic cloves
2 inch ginger
½ cup coriander leaves
salt as per taste
Method
Wash chicken and cut into small pieces.
Make a paste of green chillies, garlic, ginger and coriander leaves.
Heat oil in a vessel. Once it is hot put the ginger garlic chilli coriander paste. Saute it for 2 minutes. Add turmeric powder and salt.
Now put chicken pieces and let it cook for 2 minutes. Now add 2 cups of hot water and let it boil for 10 minutes. This will make the soup flavorful. Sprinkle some coriander leaves
Take a bowl add some steam rice and top it up with the soup.
