Eggless & Butterless Tutti Frutti Cookies Recipe
Eggless and Butterless Tutti Frutti cookies which are crunchy and crispy and perfect for teatime 🙂 This recipe was shared by my friend Amruta Pore on my FB food group Crave Cook Click. I modified it a bit by using coconut milk instead of butter. Turned out pretty good.
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup coconut milk
½ cup tutti frutti
½ cup sugar
½ walnuts and almonds
½ tsp vanilla essence
½ tsp rose water
2 tbs p curd
A pinch of salt
Method
Preheat oven at 350 degrees
Cream coconut milk and sugar
Add curd, essence and rose water and mix well
Add all purpose flour, salt, tutti frutti, chopped walnuts and almond. Knead dough.
Place dough on plastic cling wrap. Shape it into a log, wrap well and refrigerate for 45 minutes
Cut the log in cookie shapes and bake for 20 minutes. Keep aside and let it cool completely
