Chickpea potato patties recipe
Chickpea Potato Patties is a multi purpose appetizer which can be relished as a chat or a lip smacking slider or starter by itself accompanied with green chutney, ketchup or tamarind chutney. Being born and brought up in Mumbai, I have been craving for Ragda Patties, a famous indian street food. It’s generally made with only potatoes and services with boiled chickpeas gravy and various indian chutney. This recipe of mine is inspired from the famous Ragda Patties.
This recipe of mine was published in the Society Co Magazine in March 2015
