Carrot Paneer Pulao Recipe/How to cook Carrot Paneer Pulao
Quick pulao made with carrot, leftover paneer and shahi biryani masala.
This is the best pulao for a Sunday afternoon when you don’t want to cook a lavish meal but want to have homecooked delicacy. I accompanied the rice with some lassi and salad. Just perfect with a spicy pulao.
The paneer which I used in the recipe is from the leftover sabji of Shahi Matar Paneer 🙂
Ingredients
2 cups pre cooked rice
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped leftover paneer
2-3 green chillies chopped
2 tbsp everest shahi biryani masala
1 pinch asafetida
Salt for taste
Oil
Coriander for garnishing
Method
In a pan heat oil
Add asafetida, carrots, onions and chillies. Let it cook for 15 minutes.
Add shahi biryani masala.
Add rice and salt. Add paneer chunks.Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
Lassi recipe
In a grinder mix dahi, milk, sugar and blend well.
