No Bake Eggless Mango Cheese Cake Recipe
No Bake Eggless Mango Cheese is an easy dessert made from pureed mango, paneer/cottage cheese and condensed milk. It is super easy to make and tastes rich. Another best part about this recipe is that it does not require cream cheese. You can make it from readily available paneer/cottage cheese
I pureed some alphonso mangoes and froze them. Now I keep using the puree for mango recipes. I made Mango Phirni, Mango Prawns curry and Mango cake last month..Crazy for mangoes π
