Multi Flour Vegetarian Crepes Recipe
Healthy, crispy and soft vegetarian crepes made from wheat, rice, jowar and besan flour with the goodness of spinach, onions and green chillies. These can be perfect for breakfast or light lunch and dinner.
You don’t need to soak or grind any flours to make it. Add as many veggies as you want to these crepes and they will be great.

Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup rice flour (add more if you want your crepes to be crispier)
1/2 cup jowar flour
1/3 cup besan flour
1 onion chopped
3-4 green chillies chopped
1 cup spinach finely chopped
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1 tbsp red chilli powder
3 garlic pods finely chopped
salt as per taste
oil
Methods
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except oil.
Add warm water. The consistency of the batter should be thin.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
Pour the crepes batter and cook well on both sides until crispy.
Serve it with your favorite pickle or yoghurt.
