Burgundy Box’s Chettinad Chicken Curry
Chettinad Chicken Curry is succulent chicken pieces cooked in chettinad spices and balanced with a measure of coconut milk. Now you must be thinking what’s Burgundy Box here 🙂 All the ingredients and methodology to make this curry came in a box which is known as Burgundy Box.
It’s a venture started by my friend Sandip Singh and Celebrity Chef Ajay Chopra along with other cofounders in Mumbai. Burgundy Box brings the freshest & best available to their customers and support them in cooking & consuming fresh, wholesome and delicious meals.
When I visited Mumbai recently he sent me 2 Burgundy Boxes to try out…Chettinad Chicken Curry and Moroccan Chicken Skewers.
Being a food blogger I generally love cooking my own food. But there are times when I want to try someone else’s food but don’t want to compromise on taste and quality. Basically I want delicious homemade food but without taking any risks 😛 Burgundy Box can come in totally handy at such moments. They provide ready to cook as well as ready to eat dishes.
I tried the Burgundy Box’s Chettinad Chicken Curry and it came out so great and in exact 20 minutes. The Burgundy Box had all the ingredients from marinated chicken to onion tomato paste to chettinad masala which were required for making the curry and also step by step instructions.
Along with the curry they also provided Parathas so no need to make rice or chapatis to complete the meal.
