Scoop n’ Bake , the cookie dough company based in Saratoga, California, is the brain child of a friendship between Hema and Shoba, and their passion for natural comfort food and entertainment.
I have met Shoba and Hema at various food competitions in Bay area where I was photographing food. I was always amused with their innovative entries 🙂
They had to come up with Scoop n’ Bake to pursue their passion and I am so glad that I baked, tasted and captured these amazing and healthy cookies.
I was excited to bake the cookies from the Scoop n’ Bake Dough. I baked Chocolate Chip Orange and Cardamom Sea Salt and was delighted with the awesome melody of flavors.
