Pineapple Jam Recipe
It is the simplest pineapple jam made with 4 ingredients which are pineapple pulp, lemon, sugar and water. It is the perfect jam to spread on toast or you can eat a spoonful to satisfy your sweet tooth. It hardly takes an hour to make it. This homemade pineapple jam is healthy and without any artificial preservatives.
Ingredients
1 pineapple
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
Juice of 2 limes
Method
Peel the Pineapple and grate the pulp out of it.
Heat the pan. Add the pineapple pulp and water. Let them cook for 20 minutes on medium flame. Stir frequently. The pineapple pulp should become soft.
Now add the sugar and lemon juice. Let the mixture cook for 30 minutes. The mixture is thickened and jam is ready to be stored.
Spoon the jam into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.

What’s your recommendation for a good Indian restaurant in Sunnyvale that aligns closely to your style of cooking?
Hi Andy,
Frankly speaking I haven’t come across a restaurant in Sunnyvale which is similar to my way of cooking. But there are definitely many good Indian restaurants in South Bay Area. Depends on your preferences for spice level actually:)
Hi there. Food on Friday: Pineapple is open for entries. This looks like a neat one! I do hope you link it in. This is the link . Cheers
Thanks for the invite carole. I have submitted the link!
i also just recently made plum jam with these four ingredients but instead of sugar, i added jaggery. no ready jam beats the homemade ones.
Adding Jaggery sounds interesting..will definately try it next time.
wow that’s great! gona try.
