Bill’s Café Review
Bill’s café is our favorite brunch place when we crave some good American breakfast. They offer the best omlettes, mimosas, pancakes and sausages. They are at various locations in South Bay but somehow we always end up at going to Willow Glen one.
They begin each day at the crack of dawn, slicing fresh fruits, squeezing fresh orange juice, baking croissants and cinnamon rolls, and whipping up their home-made soups from scratch.
Eggs at Bill’s are eggs done right. From fluffy omelettes to an impressive array of eggs benedict combinations (called “Benedictions”), they’ve managed to crank them all out flawlessly. If you’re seeking out something specific, try the Barcado Omelette, a delicious bundle of bacon, avocado, topped with melted cheddar and sour cream. Of the Benediction variety, the California (bacon, tomatoes, avocado), Crab Cakes, and Smoked Salmon are key choices, though my favorite has to be the Portobello.
Don’t shy away from the griddle specialties, as the French toast, pancakes, and waffles are also excellent. The bread pudding French toast is a fan favorite and the honey oat pancakes are worth ordering again and again
Bill is known for its Mimosas and Bloody Mary. It’s a must try
We always order a side of chicken apple sausage which is so perfectly crunchy and juicy.
They have great variety of Sandwiches which include salmon, cheese, turkey, etc
If you go on a weekend you will always have to wait. But it won’t take that long to get the table. Trust me, it’s worth the wait. Service is just perfect. The food has always arrived within 20 minutes.
I only wish that they also had the coffee cake 🙂
