Healthy nutritious whole wheat tortillas stuffed with chicken and guacamole is the one of the most simplest and nutritious recipes of mine. It didn’t take me more than an hour to prepare this meal.
I had been to Whole Food Market on Sunday and suddenly a thought ran through my mind that I should post more tasty and healthy recipes. Thus I attempted to do this one.

For Whole Wheat Tortilla 2 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp saltWater to knead
For Grilled Chicken1 pound chicken cut in small pieces1 tbsp McCormick California Style Coarse Ground Blend Garlic Powder with Parsley, 3 Ounce1 tbsp lemon juice1 tbsp Creole Seasoning1 onion sliced2 cups bell peppers sliced1 garlic chopped1 tbsp pepper1 tbsp Kirkland Organic Extra Virgin Olive OilSalt as per taste
For Guacamole2 avocados1 tbsp lime juice1 onion chopped1 tomato chopped1 tbsp peppersalt as per taste
Mix all the ingredients mentioned below grilled chicken and keep it aside for 15 mins. After 15 mins broil the chicken for 20 mins.Knead the whole wheat dough. Take a small portion of it and roll into small tortillas. Roast them on a hot griddle.Mix all the guacamole ingredients well and keep it aside.Now take one tortilla, spread 1 spoonful of guacamole cover it and 2 spoons of grilled chicken. Your healthy dinner is ready to be served.
