Steamed white rice (leftover)2 cupOil 1 tablespoonAsafetida a pinchCumin seeds and mustard seeds 2 tspGarlic,crushed 4-5 clovesOnion ,chopped 1 largeRed chilli powder 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder 1/2 teaspoonSalt to taste

Method

Heat oil in a kadai, asafetida, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, add garlic and onions and sauté till onion becomes soft and pink.Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and leftover rice.Cook for about three to four minutes on medium heat, stirring constantlyServe hot
