Methi Na Gota Recipe

Methi Pakodas or methi fritters, also known as “Methi na Gota” in Gujarat, are a famous snack prepared using gram flour, Indian seasoning, sour curd and fresh methi(fenugreek) leaves. There are 2 ways to make these gotas. One way is to prepare the batter from scratch and add methi leaves to it or the other way is to get readymade methi got mix, just add methi leaves and fry the gotas.I generally prefer making the flour from scratch but this time I was at my friends place and saw it made with the readymade mix and they were awesome.

This amazingly instant snack tastes great with hot tea or coffee. Crunchy from outside and soft from within is one of my favorite textures. You can use any gota mix and add methi leaves to it to make these.
