Christmas Almond Cranberry Brandy Cake
Easy almond cake for last minute Christmas celebrations.
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup brandy
½ cup sugar
5 tbsp butter
1 tsp baking soda
2 drops vanilla essence
½ cup chopped almonds and cranberry
1 cup chopped apple
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees.
Mix sugar, butter and eggs well. Keep it aside.
Mix flour and baking soda together.
Slowly mix the flour in egg, sugar and butter mixture. Beat it well.
Add brandy and mix well.
Finally add nuts and apple.
Pour the batter in a pan and bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
